Subscription Box Policy Agreement

1. Subscription Plans
Oak + Olive offers monthly charcuterie delivery services through tiered membership plans. Details of each plan are outlined in our marketing materials and are subject to change with notice.

2. Billing & Payment
•    All subscriptions are billed on the 22nd of each month.
•    Payments are processed automatically via the billing method on file.
•    Clients opting for annual prepayment receive a 10% discount.
•    Late or failed payments may result in service interruption.

3. Term & Renewal
•    Memberships auto-renew unless cancelled in writing at least 7 days before the next billing date.
•    Non-transferrable
•    Membership purchases made less than 4 days prior to Delivery Day will have to be confirmed by Oak + Olive to be available for that month's delivery. Otherwise, it will be provided in the following month.

4. Cancellation & Refunds
•    Minimum 3 month. Cancellations before result in a $15 charge.
•    You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing info@oakandolivecharcuterie.ca.
•    Cancellations made after the billing date will apply to the following month.
•    No refunds will be issued for missed deliveries due to incorrect contact or delivery details provided by the Client.

5. Delivery Terms
•    Deliveries occur based on the selected plan frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly).
•    All deliveries must be within the Yellowknife delivery zone. 
•    It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.
•    Alternative delivery dates are available for an additional $4, and will be charged for any delivery requiring a re-attempt. Requests are not guaranteed and may be declined due to private events or scheduling conflicts.

6. Customization & Preferences
•    Customizations/Allergies are available, however require approval. Costs may be required.
•    Requests must be submitted 5 business days before the next scheduled delivery.

7. Allergies & Liability
•    While we strive to accommodate dietary preferences, Oak + Olive is not an allergen-free kitchen.
•    Clients must disclose any allergies or dietary restrictions in advance. Oak + Olive is not liable for adverse reactions to food consumed.

8. Add-Ons & Special Orders
•    Add-ons (wine pairing, dessert boards, etc.) are billed separately unless included in your tier.
•    Availability may vary seasonally or by licensing restrictions.

9. Pausing Your Membership
•    Clients may pause their membership once per quarter for up to 30 days with written notice.
•    Paused weeks do not roll over and must be rescheduled within the same billing cycle or forfeited.

10. Termination
Oak + Olive reserves the right to terminate a subscription at any time for policy violations, non-payment, or misuse of service. In such cases, a pro-rated refund may be issued at our discretion.

11. Changes to Terms
Oak + Olive may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the Membership after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
